The Food Connection was founded in Los Angeles in 1985 with a simple goal: give food service operators access to quality disposable supplies at prices that make sense. Over four decades, that mission hasn't changed.
Today we serve operators across restaurants, school cafeterias, event venues, healthcare facilities, and distribution networks — all 50 states. Our product catalog has grown to 100+ SKUs, including compostable and bio-based options like our proprietary Phantom PHA line.
